Youth Training

Youth training involves speed and agility training is an invaluable investment in the development of our young athletes. By focusing on enhancing their speed, agility, and overall athleticism, we equip them with the physical tools needed to excel in sports and various physical activities. This training not only improves their performance but also can help reduce the risk of injuries, promoting a lifetime of healthy, active living. With the guidance of experienced coaches and the dedication of our youth, we are shaping the champions of tomorrow, instilling discipline, self-confidence, and the drive to reach their full potential.

High School Training

This athletic program focuses on speed, agility, and plyometrics integrates
various training components to enhance athletic performance. The goal of this
program is to improve the athletes’ ability to move quickly, change direction
efficiently, and generate explosive power.

Coach Bowman and his gym have been a God-send for my teenage boy. Team Training

Our program focuses on developing fundamental physical attributes such as strength, speed, power, flexibility, and endurance. Participants will engage in age-appropriate exercises and training techniques to build a solid foundation.

Adult Personal Training

As a former Division I collegiate athlete and certified personal trainer with the National Association of Sports Medicine, I have a deep understanding of and respect for the physical body. And as someone who went from the height of an accomplished football quarterback to the low of being completely drained of energy from a malignant brain tumor, I am uniquely qualified to help you on your journey to regain your physical strength.

My workouts focus on core stabilization, while developing endurance, strength and power at a pace that is unique to each person. Core and balance are the foundation of any training program, whether you are training for an athletic competition or training to increase mobility.

Stretch and Personal Training With Marisa

Unlock a new level of flexibility in body, mind, and spirit with LifeStretch®! Unlike traditional stretch classes that focus on single muscles, we target entire chains of neuromyofascia. Starting in a standing position, our flow guides you through a self-assessment, seamlessly transitioning to a mat for pain-free mobilizations and stretches. Our logical sequence targets joints and shorter muscle chains before progressing to larger ones. In a non-competitive vibe, we encourage you to explore your body’s spaces with movements that are pain-free and efficient. Join us on the journey to a more flexible and vibrant you!

Ascension Wellness

Our Wellness Sessions, tailored for athletes, aim to nurture physical and mental health, fostering healthy habits, emotional balance, stress management, and mental resilience to enhance youth players’ overall well-being. Offering both individual and small group sessions, our Mind-Body Programs include meditation and visualization sessions, focusing on balancing mental aspects for peak performance. Additionally, our Leadership Programs empower youth athletes with essential life skills such as teamwork and communication, fostering responsibility and self-confidence. These transformative sessions are designed to create future leaders who inspire positive change within their communities.

Perhaps the most powerful of my coaching techniques are those that focus on integrating the body, mind and spirit. By helping you to identify the reasons why you prevent yourself from being the best version of you, I can help you to find the happiness you seek and create a new self-identity if you will.

Participants will learn age-appropriate resistance training exercises using free weights, machines, and bodyweight exercises to build strength and power.

Cardiovascular Conditioning

Flexibility and Mobility

Stretching routines and mobility exercises are included to improve range of motion and reduce the risk of injury.

Mental Conditioning

Workshops and exercises on goal-setting, visualization, and stress management help participants develop a resilient and focused mindset.
